Meeting - 4 June 2013.

This is to confirm that London and Associated Properties PLC has posted its
Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012, Notice of
Annual General Meeting (to be held on 4 June 2013) and Form of Proxy to
shareholders.
