               POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING               

London & Associated Properties PLC (the "Company"), has today published a
circular (the "Circular") containing details of a proposed transfer of the
Company's category of equity share listing on the Official List from a premium
listing to a standard listing(the "Proposed Transfer"), including the Notice of
the General Meeting to be held at 24 Bruton Place, London W1J 6NE, on Wednesday
4 July 2012 at 11.00 a.m.

A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the Financial Services Authority's
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection online
at: www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

Copies of the Circular will also be made available on the Company's website at
www.lap.co.uk and will be available during usual business hours on any weekday
(Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted) at the registered office of
the Company, 24 Bruton Place, London W1J 6NE until seven days after the
conclusion of the General Meeting.
