LAMS was established in 2010 to asset manage and advise third parties on their property portfolios. It has asset managed portfolios for LAP's joint ventures, as well as those of other lenders, investors and insolvency practitioners. It has also carried out numerous strategic reviews and business plan peer reviews of the portfolios of unconnected property owners on behalf of creditors and other interested parties.
