Baronsmead VCT 2, a Venture Capital
Trust specialising in long term tax
efficient asset growth. From 1997-
2003 he was consultant director on
global asset allocation to Liverpool
Victoria Asset Management Limited. |

accountant with over 30 years
experience of providing strategic,
financial and commercial advice to

Europe Limited and BG Consulting
Group Limited as well as being
a director of F&C US Smaller
Companies plc. He is Vice President
of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales
and is a non-executive member of
its Board. He is chairman of the
audit committee and as senior
independent director he chairs the
Nomination and Remuneration
Committees. |
